Welcome to Hawaii, where the summer never ends!

Paradise... full of harmony and well-being. Unfortunately, places like that are quite rare in this world.

Myrna Lakoona's „Paradise Hotel " in Hawaii was one of these rare spots until some years ago.

A sanctuary for birds of paradise of various species, a retreating oasis for illustrious scientists, successful businesspeople, as well as intellectually gifted talents from the world of the arts and culture. But slowly the glamour starts fading away. Myrna wants to recover the glory of former times and invites famous people from all over the world and Hollywood celebrities from her time. Still she does not feel really good about it; after all, she did have enough reasons to turn her back to the infernal dream factory at the time. With some tension, she awaits the arrival of her former adversary and by now aging diva Eve La Marentgegen.

As expected, Eve's arrival causes some confusion, but also the strange Longfoot siblings, an old Egyptian bracelet and the career plans of Myrna's daughter, Lililah, result in a terrible chaos in „Paradise".

Even though the rest of the jet-set guests of the noble hotel cannot escape from the general chaos around the newly-arrived personalities, it is the alleged accident of one of the guests that somewhat clouds the general mood. Since Mr. Magnum, the island detective, and the whole police force in Mauis take over the case, nobody is allowed to leave the house until the mystery of this tragic death is solved.
